Job Details
A Tier-1 Investment Bank is looking to hire an experienced Accounting Business Analyst to join a Global Lending Transformation Programme.
The workstream this role would support focusses on Balance Sheet Controls and Accounting Events from an Operations perspective.
Key Requirements:
- PM/BA skillset ideal - needs to get into the detail, interrogate data, work with other teams and help PMs break problem statements down into requirements
- Need to understand balance sheet controls
- Ideally from Tier 1 Investment Banks
- Risk and Controls experience - able to evaluate the risk and articulate what that means from a risk perspective
- Needs to be from transformation - Strong Change Management principles
- Wholesale Lending product knowledge needed (if not fixed income)
