Resident Liaison Officer

Customer Liaison Officer Job Available in Wigan
- site and patch based role, working-across redevelopment of existing housing stock on behalf of the council, the role is to retrofit properties to comply with modern housing guidelines, ensuring safe and secure housing is available for the tenants. The role will involve consulting tenants on work to take place, helping schedule appointments for work, pre-checks and reports on housing stock and inventory in properties and working with tenants to ensure there is minimal disruption and that they are satisfied once work is complete.
This is a permanent role, working Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm). The office is located in Wigan Town Centre and has free parking available. Sites are dispersed in the Wigan area (mileage paid for visits to sites), so driving is essential. A lot of the properties are high rise dwellings, so a lot of the work will involve walking.
The role ideally starts in March, but we can accommodate a month\'s notice for the right candidate.


SALARY
£27000 + £2K CAR ALLOWANCE
