Interim Procurement Manager (4 months + potential temp-to-perm)

We are recruiting a replacement for a leading consulting firm in central London. Whilst they are not one of the "big-four", they have nearly 10,000 employees and provide consultancy and advisory to a wide client base.
Your new role
Reporting to the Procurement Director, as the Interim Procurement Manager, you will take on two team members to help with the day-to-day management as well as supplier sourcing and contract negotiations. This consultancy offers fairly niche specialist advice. Therefore, ideally, you will be leading subcontract and work-force related negotiations. You will sit within a centralised function which supports projects globally. You will understand and be able to navigate complex supplier contracts and be a confident communicator. You will demonstrate experience or a willingness to manage a small team as part of the interview process.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have a broad range of procurement experience, as well as people management ideally. If you do not have prior experience in management, this must be something you are willing and confident in taking on. You will be well versed in contractual negotiations with limited legal support, knowledge of T&C's, contract variations, NDA's is key.
