As part of their expansion, this leading built asset consultant are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their National Programmes team which is a virtual office specialising in mobilising and executing capital programmes for clients with extensive portfolios across the UK and Europe. With a team of over 110 professionals strategically located throughout the UK, they collaborate closely with regional offices to provide exceptional service, capitalising on local expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity for a high calibre individual to join and strengthen their team. This role presents an excellent prospect for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all core Cost Management services on several interesting projects and programmes, for a wide range of clients. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining client relationships and the mentoring of assistant cost managers / cost managers. All the while working alongside a mutually impressive and diverse team.

The team work across many sectors including Central Government & Local Authorities, Logistics and Manufacturing, Retail, Life Sciences and Hospitality and Life Style. The team is well established and in a period of growth.
