Leading construction & property consultancy has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Monitoring Surveyor to join their team in Winchester.

This role requires someone with experience of working in a PQS Consultancy and who is MRICS to work alongside the project and cost management, design, architecture, town planning and construction teams to focus on the Technical Due Diligence aspects of their projects.

You will carry out due diligence and development monitoring / fund monitoring services to a range of blue chip clients including banks, development funders and institutional investors.

You will have the ability to prepare reports with excellent client presentation skills and IT capabilities and possess the solid commercial and contractual knowledge and experience associated with construction and development procurement (i.e. planning, building control, statutory bodies, procurement and contract types).
