Asset Manager (Stock Condition, retrofit & EPC)

I am working with a leading Social Housing provider based in the West Midlands who are seeking to appoint an Asset Manager (Stock Condition, retrofit & EPC)

Your new role
You will oversee a team of Stock Condition Surveyors, EPC Surveyors, and Analysts, and ensure that data is accurately obtained and processed in order to allow cyclical and capital works planning to be carried out effectively.


What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need a solid understanding of stock condition/ EPC surveying, and an understanding of Retrofit and PAS2035, with the ability to manage a team of surveyors.


What you\'ll get in return
Up to £45 per hour dependent on experience over an initial 6-month period. You will be able to work on a hybrid basis over a 3/2 split.
