Senior Building Surveyor

Your new company
A Manchester based consultancy, specialising in cladding and remediation work on high rise residential buildings. On average working on projects worth £5 million but bigger project include £15 mil - £20 mil.
The company is based in city centre, does offer parking on site, but is also easily commutable via public transport.


Your new role
In this role you will be responsible for delivering the surveys, writing up the scope of work and what remediation work needs to be delivered and then project managing to make sure the work is delivered correctly.
If you have previous experience working within a consultancy environment looking to move to a company that will look after you, this is the job to apply for.
