Your new role
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site.
Ensure all work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery and personnel ability.
Create and enforce strict deadlines and quality standards.
What you\'ll need to succeed
SMSTS
FIRST AID
CSCS
Proven experience as a Site Manager.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate and report effectively.
Problem-solving abilities.
