Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
A general contractor who are looking to add an Estimator / QS to their team to support the existing commercial team as the company continues to grow. They work with household names who have been repeat clients for over 20 years across a range of commercial / industrial projects.
Your new role
Your new role with this organisation will be to take the lead on the full end-to-end process of all commercially related matters on projects, from initial estimating, take-offs, costings during the project including budget management right through to project completion. It is a predominantly office-based role, but with site visits needed to check on the progress of the project.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need a solid commercial background and must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of running a project from inception to completion. You must be a strong team player with great communication skills. A good understanding of JCT / NEC contracts is needed in order to thrive in this position.

A salary of up to £50K [DOE] + package
