Your new company is a social housing organisation based in Liverpool, who also cover St.Helens, Warrington and the surrounding areas.


Your new role
Your new role as Voids Surveyor will require you to ensure that newly void properties are brought back up to lettable standards, adhering to the fitness for habitation act 2018. You will carry out pre and post inspections on work allocated to contractors.


What you\'ll need to succeed in this role
Experience in overseeing and carrying out surveys on void properties and knowledge of the fitness for habitation act 2018.

In return you\'ll receive a competitive hourly rate and mileage rate paid from home. This is a fully remote working from home role and you will only be required in the office sporadically on a fortnightly basis.
