This is a boutique property management firm based in the middle of the hustle and bustle, in the heart of the Northern Powerhouse, which is Manchester. An award-winning company that acquires and disposes of more office space than anyone else in Manchester.
They are a top, specialist, firm for Cat A and Cat B office fit outs and deliver projects with a great letting success. Located in the City Centre of Manchester, the office is a modern, open-plan space with plenty of collaboration space.


Your new role
In this role you will be involved in both technical building surveying and project work. You will be working with an amazing team in a state-of-art office that is getting refurbished soon as well.
You will be able to work autonomously with previous experience working across commercial office space. This role is ideal for someone who is a \'go getter\', ambitious individual.


What you\'ll need to succeed

You will be degree qualified in building surveying or equivalent. We can discuss how your experience, enthusiasm and ambition will drive you to succeed. You need to be fully eligible to work in the UK and have UK experience.

The company operates on flexible working hours policy which require you to be in the office during the core hours of 10am - 3pm but allows for early/ later start and finish.
