Transformation Communications Manager - 12-month FTC - London - £70,000 + bonus & benefits - Hybrid
Your new company
Your new company is a national leading retail bank that is looking for a Communications Manager to deliver the internal strategy aligned to the business\'s transformation programme. You will be reporting directly to the Business Manager & CIO and will be responsible for communicating the firm\'s movement and adoption of agile working.
Your new role
You will be responsible for developing the internal communications strategy aligned to the businesses\' agile transformation programme and will work closely with the CIO and other senior leaders across the business to ensure messages align. You will be creating engaging content across a variety of channels, from newsletters to town-halls, and will support change management, ensuring the communication plans integrate with the organisation\'s plans & initiatives. You will ensure all communications are adjusted to the various groups across the business, and define key metrics to measure the engagement and effectiveness of your communication plans.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you need to have a background in delivering large change & transformation within an agile organisation. You will ideally have a regulated industry background (ideally within financial services but not essential) and will have a solid understanding of how to deliver complex but concise change communications. You will need to be either immediately available or have a short notice period to apply as this role requires a fast start.
