The key objective - support the social housing maintenance team by liaising with the trade operatives\' diaries to schedule appointments and book in works not yet appointed, through customer-led scheduling of work to our in-house team of trades.
Customer first approach
Can-do attitude and ideally previous experience of working within social housing
Hit the ground running, being able to adapt quickly to new IT systems (Maintain/Impact software) and processes
Previous experience in social housing back office support
Able to work on own initiative and make own decisions
Able to direct and motivate staff to succeed
This is a three-month contract starting in early Jan, with weekly pay and based in the office initially with the potential for hybrid working.
