Your new company
Working a small friendly experienced Mechanical and Electrical contractor within the Building Services Industry, that seeks a Mechanical Estimator to join their team. Their aim is to provide high quality services for small value based projects £10,000 to £300,000 and typically around £100,000. They do work with a variety of different clients to which include; Large residential homes, school extensions and offices.
Your new role
You will be working as a Mechanical Estimator-Junior to Intermediate levels considered (with Business Development). You will be involved in the Business Development of securing new work with clients, typically targeting small to medium business. You will then go onto performing the necessary mechanical estimations, using Amtech as an estimation system.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to come from a Building Services background e.g design, quantity surveying, estimating or working merchant supplier to mechanical services. You will have the ability to pick up new computer systems and the ability to calculate effectively.
What you\'ll get in return
You will gain a base salary of £30,000 to £50,000 and the possibility of further increases depending on the level of business development. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
