Junior Mechanical Project Manager

Your new company
A well established M&E Contractor that has been in operation over 100 years working with a range of different sectors including, for example, education, medical and commercial. They have two key parts of the business, one of which being their small works and the other working on their larger commercial businesses.
Your new role
You will be working as a Junior Mechanical Project Manager. In this you will have a variety of responsibilities which include; overseeing the design, ordering materials, lasing with commercial clients, monitoring subcontractors. The projects in which you are working on will be varied both in values from £10,000 to £500,000 and sectors will include education, commercial and medical.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Mechanical proffesional working with the building services industry either working or a similar role already. Or you would have a good level of experience working in a role as; gas engineer, pipefitter or plumber and is ready to make that step up.
What you\'ll get in return
You will have a salary of Circa. £40,000 plus a vehicle, healthcare and pension.
