Well established contractor with over 50 years of experience operating across East Anglia, with projects ranging from Commercial, Education, Industrial to Healthcare. Priding themselves on the projects they deliver resulting in repeat business from their clients.
Your new role
Reporting in to the Contracts Manager, they are now looking for a freelance Project Manager to oversee one of their schemes in Cambridge.
The project itself is a £30m+ accommodation building with all associated external works and landscaping.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the programming to ensure the site team deliver the scheme without delays
• Attend progress meetings with the client and the site team
• Oversee HS&E on site and ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained
• Work with the Commercial Team to ensure the project is kept within budget
• Establish and promote best practice
• Build and maintain relationships with the client
• Working with the subcontractors to ensure deadlines are achieved while maintaining the standards required for the project

What you\'ll need to succeed
Previous experience as Project Manager on a similar scheme including residential developments
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS
