Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
This is a public sector organisation with a range of properties, including schools, heritage buildings and residential properties. They work on both minor and major schemes, new built and refurbishment projects.
The office is located within short walking distance from Piccadilly and Oxford Road train stations and the trams.
Your new role
You will be working as part of an in-house quantity surveying team, working on tenders, estimates and final accounts. You will have a varied workload with a mixture of office and site-based activities.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced quantity surveyor having worked within public sector organisations or wanting to move into the public sector. You will be able to work autonomously on projects and be a team player.
What you\'ll get in return
In return, this is a long-term 12-month contract likely to be extended. You will be working in the City Centre location with a secure workload.
