Estates Surveyor (Interim)

You will be working for a leading Local Authority based in the West Midlands region, working within their Commercial Estates Team as an Estates Surveyor.

Your new role

Within this interim position, you will be working on a variety of Estates Surveying duties for a leading UK council based in the West Midlands


What you'll need to succeed

You will be a RICS chartered surveyor who is seeking an ongoing interim role. You will have a core understanding of the duties performed by an Estates Surveyor and will have demonstrable career experience. Experience within Local Authorities is highly desirable.
