Job Details
I am looking for an experienced housing support worker / project officer to work on a long-term basis in St Helens. £17 umbrella or £15.09 PAYE.
The role is working with supported housing across a small dispersed patch. The service supports vulnerable homeless people with temporary accomodation within the area. Clients will include ex-offenders, people with mental health concerns and people with a history of drug and alcohol addiction.
Your role will be to support those people in line with their support plans. You will support them by applying for correct benefits, sustaining their tenancy, obtaining and sustaining tenancies, life skills and resettlement.. You must have at least 6 months experience and ideally have a recent DBS or a DBS on the update service.
