You will be working with a renowned and leading Construction Contractor across the West Midlands region


Your new role
You will be working as a Repairs & Maintenance Project Manager on a Defence contract, working across several different locations around the West Midlands region and from home.
You will be managing and delivering a range of projects on a residential portfolio, covering internal and external projects such as roof replacements, internal adjustments, repairs and maintenance. You will be focussed on overall project delivery across different aspects of the portfolio. There is an ongoing requirement for at least 12 months.


What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing and delivering projects on residential properties, and will have a solid understanding of health and safety regulations and upholding this in the workplace.


What you'll get in return
£240 per day - with the possibility of a permanent position if this would be of interest.
