Strategic Asset Manager

Your new company
A public sector organisation with a portfolio worth over £250 million and over 1500 assets across North Manchester. Currently, growing and looking for a strategic asset manager on a temporary basis with a view to extend or becoming permanent.


Your new role
In this role you will look after the current portfolio, look and advise of ways to maximise the return on the portfolio and decrease expenditure. You will also look at the acquisitions and disposals to facilitate the regeneration and development of the land and properties.


What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in relevant discipline with previous experience managing multiple projects, capital delivery, asset management, acquisitions and disposals. You will have excellent programme/ project management skills.


What you'll get in return
This is a long term temporary contract with a possibility of extension or going permanent. You will have an option of hybrid working and a secure pipeline of work.
