Your new role
You will be working closely with the wider HR & Recruitment team to ensure all activities and processes are completed and followed correctly according to company guidelines. This includes supporting the entire employee lifecycle and making sure that the service delivered is efficient, legally compliant and meets the needs of the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Experience within an HR/Recruitment/HR adjacent role is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
