Your new role
As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with all retail customers regarding all parts enquiries. Your main duties will include managing stock and inventory, selling and upselling parts to customers, and maintaining the smooth running of all areas.
What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous Customer Service experience, preferable within the motor trade industry.
• IT skills
