Your new role
Your new role will see you working as a Mechanical Project Manager and will consist of office and site visits, conducting meetings, managing client's expectations across multiple projects simultaneously. You will be part of an existing and experienced team, meaning that your work will be varied, but the in-house experience is set up to ensure success.
In your role, you will be communicating with other project managers, estimators, QS's and general staff, so communication will be a pivotal part of your day.


What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have a minimum of 4 years' Building Services experience. This role is open to people who have 'come up' through the tools or from a clear design background. You will have experience as a Project Manager in the UK in a Mechanical Building Services capacity.
You will need to possess a full driving licence and have the ability to travel to both the site and the office.
As suggested above, clear communication skills are a must in this role.
