Your new role
You will be joining a professional, stable and friendly team in the role of Office Manager. No two days will be the same and the work you undertake has a pivotal impact on the success of the organisation and plays a vital role in supporting the wider team. Duties include preparation, collation, and distribution of information to both internal and external stakeholders. Supporting with inbound organisational enquires and questions during busy periods. Meeting with and supporting office visitors in a friendly and courteous manner. Support with any facilities' management issues. Direct line management of the administration team includes setting and managing team development plans, managing annual leave and hours of work, team motivation, recruitment, and HR procedures. Support with organising company events and activities. Keyholder responsibilities. Company data management responsibilities. Support finance teams for procurement projects such as new equipment orders. Office stock management. Oversee and monitor the digital archiving process in line with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Collate and distribute weekly news and communication to all employees. Support with HR procedures such as on-boarding new employees.
