M&E Quantity Surveyor / Whole Life Cost - Project Director

An experienced M&E Cost Consultant at Associate or Project Director level is required in London by a leading international multi-disciplinary construction consultant to lead this area of growth for them.
You will be comfortable working for end user clients, principal contractors and MEP services contractors bringing to projects a detailed understanding of all services costs and procurement and will be experienced across all project stages and in particular the running costs over the life of the building.
You will be a key team leader within the business and support the development and expansion of their London M+E project offering, working closely with and reporting into the main board.
