Job Title: Senior Building Control Surveyor/ Principle Building Control Surveyor
Location: North West, home-based
Salary: Up to £75,000 + bonus + car allowance + market leading benefits package


The Opportunity
A national award-winning construction legislation consultancy and a specialist in building regulations and building control operating across a range of sectors; retail, hospitality, healthcare, mixed-use residential, commercial, assisted living, manufacturing, heritage listed buildings etc are expanding their North West team. With several offices nationwide, they are one of the largest building control specialists in the UK with a major blue-chip client base. As an approved Inspector to a national corporate client base, they provide a full 360 service in building control from statutory consultations, site inspections through to final certification.
