Quantity Surveyor (Civils)

Hays Civil Engineering are delighted to be working alongside this experienced Civil Engineering Contractor in recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team

Reporting into the Commercial Manager you will be joining their Commercial team, working in conjunction with the Operations teams, in delivering a diverse range of Civils schemes.

Specialising in Civils schemes with project values up to £2m to £10m, you'll be working on a portfolio of projects, with full support from the Commercial team

Projects include: Earthworks, Infrastructure, RC, Substations & Utilities

Typical duties will include:

• Procuring packages of work, and awarding subcontractor agreements
• Procurement of subcontractors
• Producing CVR\'s and cash flow analysis
• Measurements and variations
• Valuations and payments
• Procurement
• Stakeholder Management

To be successful in your application, you must have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a Civils Contractor, and you must possess the ability to work on diverse Civil Engineering schemes
