Job Opportunity: Supported Housing Support Worker
Position: Supported Housing Support Worker (Agency Contract) Location: Lancashire, United Kingdom Hours: 37 hours per week Duration: 3 to 6 months Hourly Rate: £14 - £18 per hour

Responsibilities: In this rewarding role, you will:
- Client Support: Provide practical assistance and guidance to clients, helping them access accommodation, benefits, and healthcare.
- Support Plans: Create and update individualised support plans and risk assessments for clients.
- Housing Assistance: Liaise with housing officers, homeowners, and related services to maximise income and ensure stable housing.
- Independence Promotion: Promote independence in daily life, including activities at home, training, employment, and leisure pursuits.
