An excellent opportunity has become available for an IT Workplace Solutions Specialist to steer the operations of external service providers, ensuring adherence to contracts. You will manage local business IT requirements, provide VIP support, support AV and digital office operations and projects.

• ITIL process knowledge and work experience.
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work as part of a team
• End user support
• Virtual Device (VDI)
• Telephony systems - fixed and mobile telephony
• Laptops/Build on laptops
• Audiovisual, video conferencing and printing
