Job Details

I am looking for an experienced housing/neighbourhood officer for a 9-month maternity leave post in Manchester.
The role is working for a small housing association, so a broad range of knowledge is required. I am looking for someone who has experience of supporting rent arrears, low level asb, lets ant generic housing needs.
This is a hybrid working role with 1 day per week in the office. The rest of the time you will manage your own diary around meetings and working from home.
Requirements for the role
- 18 months plus experience
- Available to start within 4 weeks
- Recent relevant experience
- Driving licence and own car
What you get in return
- £37k per year
- 9 months minimum contract
- 33 days holiday
