Your new role
As a site manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities as necessary
- Enforcing strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Resolving any on-site issues or challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Reporting on the progress and performance of the project to senior management
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a site manager on new build housing projects
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related fields
- A valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid certificate
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail and quality
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to different sites
