The company offers a range of beautiful homes with a premium specification to match, from stylish city centre flats to generous detached homes in the country. They aim to provide a new style of luxury living with striking architectural design, modern features, and landscaped surroundings. They have been in the business for over 25 years and has won several awards for its quality and customer service.
Your new role
As a site manager, you will be responsible for:

- Managing and coordinating all on-site activities, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and local authorities as necessary
- Enforcing strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies
- Resolving any on-site issues or challenges in a timely and efficient manner
- Reporting on the progress and performance of the project to senior management


What you'll need to succeed


- Proven experience as a site manager on new build housing projects
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related fields
- A valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid certificate
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail and quality
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to different sites
