Your new role
You will work as a Quantity Surveyor providing commercial support to Compliance and Servicing, Repairs and Maintenance Teams ensuring robust cost planning, financial control of projects and subcontractors providing project out-turns in line with business requirements together with overseeing estimating within Arc Construction Services, their in-house Contractor.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in large projects in a Quantity Surveying capacity, as well as being able to deliver cost plans for projects at feasibility and delivery stage. You will have experience in estimating as well as contract administration and bids and tenders. You will have experience in pre and post contract work.
