Property Manager (Retail)

• A national consultancy specialising in managing retail portfolios across the UK.
• This role will give you an opportunity to travel around to see the properties you will be looking after, so no day will be the same!
• Opportunity to further progress your career within retail property management.
• Hybrid work 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
• A Manchester office of 20, working alongside a supportive team of 5 property managers.
• Discretionary bonus of 10%.
• Mileage at 45 pence.

What we'll need from you?
This role will require you to have strong previous experience of commercial or retail property management, ideally chartered.
You will need to have a driving licence to get to sites and be happy travelling across the UK.
Full eligibility to work in the UK.
