Your new role
Are you a chartered commercial surveyor? Because that's what we need to look after a range of commercial properties in the North West, including offices, industrial and retail properties.
The soft skills of empathy, charisma, and a can-do attitude will serve you well - you'll also need to be ambitious, with designs on owning your own success and development.
You will be responsible for liaising with tenants, inspecting properties and making sure they are all compliant. You will also be involved in lease reviews and renewals and attending client meetings. This role relies heavily on good communication skills, attention to detail and excellent knowledge of service charges.
