Labourer

HAYS Southampton are working with a well established main contractor within construction who have a great opportunity available in Whitely, SO30 for labourers who are looking for long-term house building work. For the successful labourer, you will have the chance to work with a client of whom are heavily recruiting across multiple sites on the South Coast, offering fantastic job security and the opportunity to progress your skill set across construction with a diverse range of trades operating on site, whilst earning a competitive hourly rate and overtime available with weekend work.
Site duties for this role will include:
- Working alongside subcontractors across different trades
- Cooperating and communicating with the site team to help the site run in alliance to the schedule
- Moving materials and dealing with deliveries
- Carrying out general site labouring tasks and developing trade skillset


Requirements:
- Must have valid CSCS Card
- Must have 3 Point PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis & Steel Toe Cap Boots)
- Must be proactive, punctual and committed to working in cooperation with site team
