Our client, a national organisation based in Woking, are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Professional on either an interim or fixed term basis initially until January 2024, this role is to start asap and could be either remote or hybrid.
To provide an end-to-end seamless recruitment service that is proactive and efficient for all stakeholders including the candidate and recruiting manager.
Completion of pre-employment checks and undertaking internal audits as required.
Advising managers on complex recruitment related queries.
Advising managers when writing job descriptions and sending job descriptions for external evaluation where required
Seeking authorisation for job vacancies
Publishing job vacancies
Creating recruitment events and bespoke campaigns
Using LinkedIn recruiter for proactive recruitment
Writing and checking contractual documentation (updating recruitment templates as and when required in line with legislation or process changes)
Using Applicant management system
Completing new starter forms for payroll for new joiners
Booking inductions for new starters
Our client is looking for a candidate to start as soon as possible with some previous experience gained in recruitment. Interviews will be held asap.
