Pre-Construction Manager

Your new company
Your New Company is a British company that provides design and build services for a range of sectors. They are a Tier 1 company which focuses on delivering projects that involve building structures, such as offices, schools, hospitals, hotels, museums and more.
Your new role
As a pre-construction manager, you will be working on a HMP project, a major redevelopment of a prison estate in Lancashire. You will need to have justice and/or large project experience, as well as some second stage experience. You will be responsible for:


Logistics planning
Resource planning
Working with a planner & PM to develop the programme
Arranging & carrying out surveys (including HMP security protocols etc)
Assistance with procurement of early works packages.
Some supervision of survey and investigation works.

What you'll need to succeed


A relevant qualification in construction management or engineering
A proven track record of delivering successful pre-construction services for complex projects
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
A valid CSCS card and security clearance
