Your new company
This is a boutique real estate firm based in the City Centre of Manchester. They specialise in commercial office space projects. They are an award-winning company that acquire and dispose more office space than anyone else in Manchester.
They are a top firm for Cat A and Cat B office fit outs and deliver projects with a great letting success. Located in the City Centre of Manchester, the office is a modern, open plan space with collaboration spaces.
Your new role
In this role you will be involved in both technical building surveying and project surveying. You will be working with an amazing team in a state of art office that is getting refurbished soon as well.
You will be able to work autonomously with previous experience working across commercial office space. This role is ideal for someone who is a 'go getter', ambitious individual.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in building surveying or equivalent. Ideally chartered or with great deal of experience. In this role you will need to show enthusiasm, ambition and drive to succeed. You need to be fully eligible to work in the UK and have UK experience.
