This is such a unique opportunity for an experienced Interior Designer to take up a Design and Project Management role working in-house for a client side organisation in West Yorkshire. This firm has an extensive property portfolio, and a pipeline of future developments that are both large scale and exciting!
Your new role
You will be joining a design team that is responsible for overseeing all new design and construction schemes from new build to work on existing assets. The projects are in the hospitality, retail, and higher education sectors - and the work will involved overseeing the design output of external consultants, coordinating project information and planning, and attending site and design meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
This role would suit a midweight or senior interior designer who is keen to develop their skill set, and interested in working client side. You should be up for a challenge, motivated and flexible, and great communication and organisation skills are absolutely essential. The role also requires someone with a full UK driving licence.
