Senior site Manager - High End residential

We are seeking an experienced Senior site manager/project manager to oversee the construction of a high-end bespoke single unit build in East Surrey, The project is a 10,000 sq ft building currently at brickwork stage with approximately 12 months left of the programme (future works already secured).

Working on behalf of an established local main contractor you will be no.1 on site reporting to a visiting construction director. This is an immediately available role and will involve a thorough handover with the current manager who is moving to another scheme.

As Senior site manager/Project you will have full operational control of the site, You will be supported by an experienced QS and assistant site manager and be responsible for all subcontract management, health and safety, quality control, fortnightly progress reports and all client/stakeholder liaison. You will also work closely with the design team and be comfortable working on casta in regards short term programming.

Due to the nature of the project the role would suit a senior sm or pm who has worked in the prime residential / high-end market, ideally on single units, You will be comfortable managing your own site and hold valid 1st aid, cscs and smss qualifications. You will be comfortable using Asta project and being involved in the design management process.
