Small Works Project Manager
Location: Henlow
£40000 plus car
The role
Is to manage the end to end process of billable works for aa MOD company, responsbile for low value works and providing rechnical and professional support. Providing infrastructure, asset and facilites management services to the defence sector.
Projects
£100m - £400m and with growth plans
Reports into the Build Manager
Duties
Delivery of billable works
Health and safety and environmental standards
Review risk assessments and method statements
Work with stakeholders
Ensure works plans and budgets are adhered too
Essential skills
