Senior Estimator

Your new company
Our client are a leader in their space with a fantastic portfolio of public and private sector clients who they have delivered exceptional and high end fitouts to over the past 15 years. As they plan for a busy 2024 they are seeking to appoint an Estimator to their business to assist them in converting a massive amount of opportunities into live projects.
Your new role
As Estimator/Senior Estimator you will be working at the front end of our clients business winning capability. You will be expected to develop and compile winning tenders on projects up to £10million across the fitout space in the Central Belt. This will involve utilising your knowledge of the fitout and refurbishment market and relevant supply chains to price tenders in a competitive way. Working with your internal partners from design to operations you will be an integral part of the success of this business going forward.


What you'll need to succeed
Our client are seeking a construction professional ideally with a relevant qualification in this space ( quantity surveying etc) but are open to candidates coming from other backgrounds with the required experience built up in a similar role as an estimator. You are professional in your approach and understand the benefits of developing positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the compilation of winning tenders and bids. You enjoy the cut and thrust of the competitive construction landscape and take pride in being seen as a competent estimating professional who understands the fitout market in the Central belt.
