Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist

Your new company
This established architecture design studio completes work in the residential, education, and retail sectors, but it is their education team that is recruiting at this time. The firm employs close to 30 staff, and they operate a hybrid working system, with flexible start and finish times. Their offices are in Stockport, and they offer free parking on site.
Your new role
You will be taking a lead in the delivery stages of multiple education projects, specifically schools. Over the course of your day you will be involved in Design Team Meetings, technical drawing work, site updates, and coordination with contractors.
What you'll need to succeed
This firm is looking for an experienced Architect with a background in technical project delivery or an Architectural Technologist, you will be revit proficient, and have worked previously on schools projects in the UK. A full driving licence and own car is required in order to get to site meetings etc.
