Your new company
Global consultancy looking predominantly after commercial properties UK wide. Based in Manchester you will be part of the North West project management team looking after commercial office space CAT A and CAT B refurbishments, industrial properties and looking to grow their residential projects.
Based in central Manchester, their offices are easily accessible via public transport with all amenities within walking distance.
Your new role
In this role you will be working as part of the North West project management team delivering CAT A and CAT B office refurbishments. Usual projects will range from 16k sq foot - 800k sq foot up to £65 million refurbs. You will be working alongside a team of 15.
What you'll need to succeed
A degree qualified project management with experience working in commercial office refurbishments and industrial sector projects. Ideally you will be MCIOB/ MRICS project manager. You will need to be able to work autonomously and as part of a wider team.
