Building Surveyor

Your new company
This is a well established multi-disciplinary consultancy looking to grow their building surveying presence in Manchester. They are currently a team of 50 Manchester across M&E, structures, project management and quantity surveying and they are now looking to grow the building surveying division.
Your new role
In this role you will deliver the day-to-day building surveying services including fire safety surveys - doors, escape routes.
Predominantly working on high rise residential and commercial sector projects which include, universities, student accommodation, offices and residential properties for social landlords.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a degree qualified building surveyor with few years experience or newly chartered looking for the next step in your career. As this is a client facing role you will need to have great communication skills. With time you will also manage junior surveyors.
