Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
Global multidisciplinary consultancy currently looking to grow their property team. They specialise in transport, property and industrial sector projects. They have an established commercial services team which you will be a part of in Manchester or Warrington.
Your new role
You will be dealing with all aspects of pre- and post-contract surveying and cost management, including managing the client relationship and service delivery on a project basis, in conjunction with senior managers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a degree-qualified quantity surveyor with post graduate experience working in a consultancy setting. You will be a MRICS chartered quantity surveyor or currently going through your APC. Working in a team environment you will have great communication and client management sills.
