Our client is looking to meet an experienced Senior Estate surveyor for a 12-week cover the role will be focused on valuations, rent reviews on commercial properties.
Your new role
-Substantial Estates Management experience, including valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, lettings, negotiations and management of commercial properties.
-High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and experience using electronic Property Management Systems and mapping systems.
-Ability to apply property and legal knowledge to complex property transactions, making recommendations to management where necessary.

-Ability to interpret plans including the ability to measure units both on the ground and from plan following current measurement guidance.
-Ability to read and interpret complex legislation, regulations and legal documents.
