Your new role

Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor the work of subcontractors and ensure they comply with the health and safety regulations, site rules, and contract specifications.
Communicate effectively with the site manager, project manager, clients, and other stakeholders, and provide regular updates on the progress and issues.
Conduct quality inspections and snagging of the houses and ensure they meet the required standards and client expectations.
Manage the handover process and ensure all the relevant documentation, certificates, warranties, and keys are in order.
Provide aftercare service and deal with any defects or complaints in a professional manner.
My client are looking for an experienced and reliable non-working finishing foreperson to join their team and manage the completion of 41 houses in Sandbach. You will be responsible for coordinating the trades, liaising with the clients, conducting quality checks, and ensuring timely and successful handovers.

What you'll need to succeed

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Non-Working Finishing Foreperson or a similar role in the construction industry.
Knowledge of building regulations, quality standards, and health and safety practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid certificate are essential.
