Senior Estates Officer

Your new company
My client is a join venture of a consultancy and local authority looking after a varied portfolio across the North West. They are currently growing their team based in Buxton and are looking for 2x estates officer and a senior.

Your new role
You will be working as part of a team based in Buxton. These roles range in seniority from graduate to a senior chartered surveyor level. Daily you will liaise with the client, manage their portfolio of commercial, education and residential sector buildings.

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in real estate or equivalent with experience working in a general practice surveyor position. Ideally you will have experience managing a commercial portfolio. You will be an organised individual with excellent communication skills.
